Located @ 910 Old McComb-Liberty Road in the Town of Liberty, this facility is owned and managed by Amite County. Built in the 1950’s and named for Mr. Pat C. Harrison, a former long-time County Agent, this building underwent a $ 300,000 renovation 2 years ago. This 5,000 square foot air-conditioned building features a meeting room, which seats approximately 200, kitchen with serving area, restrooms, and excellent acoustics. This building is used for a wide range of events, including an annual chamber banquet, health fairs, Co-operative Extension functions, school events, family re-unions, company Christmas parties, weddings, etc. The Harrison Building is an excellent meeting facility available for the various needs of the people of Amite County.
