Located on North Church St. in Liberty, next door to the historic Liberty Presbyterian Church, this monument has inscribed, “SACRED TO THE MEMORY OF THE SOLDIERS FROM AMITE COUNTY WHO LOST THEIR LIVES IN THE CONFEDERATE ARMY.
