Located approximately 10 miles northeast of Gloster within the Homochitto National Forest, is a diamond in the rough. The Forest Retreat is comprised of 4 charming, secluded treehouse-style cabins on the banks of pristine, spring fed Brushy Creek. Built in the early 1990’s and owned by documentary filmmaker Bess Carrick, the cabins were designed and furnished by the noted architectural and historical specialist Don Didler.
